Jimmy was in Toronto a couple weeks ago. He was at a big book store to promote the book and sign copies for fans. Some waited 10 hours to see his pageness and when they got up the line to meet him he was not signing the books, he was using a stamp that applied his logo and date. He's got the rock star thing down to a science.

Regards, John

I got it a few months ago but I've been quite busy so it sits on top of the bookshelf, still wrapped in plastic. Soon, I hope...

Is it listed under "Biography" or "Fiction"?

In order, then, to discover the limit of deepest tones, it is necessary not only to produce very violent agitations in the air but to give these the form of simple pendular vibrations. - Hermann von Helmholtz, predicting the role of the electric bassist in 1877.

Yeah... That one.

I provided this photograph:-

which I took when me and the missus went on a "pilgrimage" some years ago.

It appeared at the bottom of page 164 in the limited edition version of the book, but for some reason, the publishers thought it would be a good idea to replace it with something else in the cheap version.

If you go to the Photograph Credits on page 512, my name still appears in the third column, tenth from the top...

That's kinda weird...
