[Solved] Marker View does not come up.

[Solved] Marker View does not come up.

Please Help.
The only thing for markers I see is in the upper right of the screen and it has no "delete/remove Marker" option
I've tried all the modifier buttons to no avail.
alt+shift+4 is not working either.
 
I'm using Platinum.

    Not working even in the default Normal project template?

    Thank you tak T!  I tried a Normal project and I saw it pop up in the multidock.  I went back to my other project and i was expecting it to pop up in its own window and I had my multidock hidden.  So now I took it off Multidock and its popping up nice.
