Sonar tutorials

Hello,
I notice that Command Center allows you to download "Sonar Tutorials" that appear to be somewhere in the program but I can't find them.  Does anybody know how to access these tutorials?

Thanks,

Anthony

Yes, thanks.  In that folder I have three subfolders: Audio, Mixing Tutorial, and Video Tutorial.  Audio has individual wav sound files, Mixing Tutorial has files that unpack a song bundle that loads into Sonar, and Video Tutorial has a "Boarding" video of skateboarders.  There doesn't seem to be a video that's an actual tutorial.  Not sure what to do with the song that the Mixing Tutorial loads into Sonar, other than listen to it.  I was looking for something instructional.

The tutorials are in the manual. I believe the files are used in the tutorials.

With Sonar open press F1 that page lists the 9 or so tutorials and when required will let you know what extra files are needed.
Or check under the help menu for Tutorial.

I believe the SONAR main menu Help menu option to the tutorials is called "Getting Started"
