Part of the ReWire spec is that a ReWire client will "announce" its presence to a ReWire host. That's why when you go Insert > ReWire Device in SONAR the list is already populated with candidates. However also note you can't mix 32 and 64 bit apps that use ReWire, it's either one or the other. It looks like something may be trying to bridge the ReWire connection. (For the longest time I couldn't use ReWire with SONAR because P-Heads were slow getting out a 64-bit ReWire DLL.)
I'm not exactly a ReWire expert, although I do use it often to run Reason as another "instrument rack" inside SONAR. However, what I assume the message means is that you have used a ReWire client-compatible application in a stand-alone mode, and something about it changed. It has therefore announced the change to SONAR or to whatever is trying to bridge it.
Unfortunately you cannot exclude a ReWire device in the Plug-In Manager the same way you can exclude plug-ins. If you never use ReWire:
1. Search for rewire.dll and rewireservice.dll (if present).
2. Rename them to rewire.dlx and rewireservice.dlx
This should gray out the ReWire option under Insert, so that may prevent the error message from popping up - please report back and let us know if that's the case.
If you decide you want to get into using ReWire, then search on .dlx and change the name back to .dll.
Hope this helps.
