Rob - you know how I feel about your music - you just blow me away - this is as professional as any I have heard on the radio - anytime.

I understand you met Warren - he sent me a video of you playing guitar - great video - but you don't look like you sound.

Wow! You read National Geographic too!

But you play kick ass guitar and I don't. End of comparison.

I absolutely loved that main guitar riff, doubled by the bass I think? Only mix thought would be to bring that bass up a little, but John Q. Public would never give a  . . . care.

I don't think there's anything separating you from bands in this genre that are famous. Great vocals, great production.

cheers,
-Tom

i appreciate that tom, thanks.

so, this is an older production, off my first album, the first project i ever did 'digitally'.

i mixed this on a Roland VS 1880, back in 2006.

my goal is to remix the entire album, and modernize the mix thru SONAR, dial in the drums and sonics all around, and re-release this.
it was originally put out on 'Planet Records', which is now defunct.

so, i WILL be remixing,
and all comments are good starting points.
thanks again!

Great guitar work, great vocals.  I'd agree with the comment above where the bass could be brought up a little.  The drums too maybe.

But still, short and sweet and a straight up rocker.  I like it.

thanks for commenting, kev...
it's funny, but this is probably the shortest song i've ever written...
it'd be easy to add to the front and middle, to lengthen it..
i'm just not sure if it needs it.

Listening to these on my KRK VXT's 4 it sounds crystal clear with some good shreddage going on, the vocals ain't half bad neither ;). It sounds like one of those Deep Purple mid concert jams, which is a good thing to me.
