Gloucester - Where is It

I have a (legal) copy of Platiinum - Cakewalk Command Center doesn't indicate any updates for that - and my platinum is definately updated to foxboro.
 
I have windows 10.
 
What am I doing wrong?

    Try logging out then back in to CCC. I had to do that twice to get updates to show.

    In the future you can just go to the Settings cog and click Check Now to refresh available versions.
