Recovering Classic DSP FX Presets?

Does anybody know how to recover the presets for the older FX like "DSP-FX Studioverb"?  (i.e., Audio FX > DirectX > Cakewalk > FXReverb)  I installed X3, but then went back to install this from X2.  The FX plug-in is available, but the presets within it aren't available via X3; i.e., the dropdown shows nothing, even though they were there in previous version.  If I create my own preset, I can save it, and it will be persistently available.
 
Any ideas how I get the presets to show up in X3?  I'm using the 32-bit version of Producer.
