Split stereo track into two mono tracks

I'm trying to split a stereo track into 2 mono tracks in Sonar Platinum.
I right click the track and choose "Bounce To Clips" but it does not give me a dialogue to choose where to bounce etc..  It just says in the "Now Time" window "Mixing Down Audio" and the progress bar goes, but nothing else happens.

Any thoughts?

You need to use Tracks > Bounce to Track(s), and choose Split Mono format.

Right, BUT then it only creates create one track and only creates one option for one track in the Destination box.

    Source Category: Tracks
    Channel format: Split Mono

Right, BUT then it only creates create one track and only creates one option for one track in the Destination box.

No, it creates two tracks. The option in the destination box is the first track of the pair. The second track is the number in the destination box +1.
