[Solved] Hopington screws up my screen layout - Multidock

I was working on a project where I had my channel strips on a separate monitor.  When I open that project after the Hopington update, there is no separate window.  There are no channel strips at all.  Across the bottom of the screen is a bar that simply says "MULTIDOCK", but I can't do anything with it,  On the right of that bar is a double arrow that seems to suggest i can expand the Multidock, but nothing happens when I click on it.  How can I get my channel strips and ProChannels displaying again?  Nothing in the View menu seems to work.

    Just for clarification:
    1. Nothing else appears on the bar except the work "MULTIDOCK" and the expand arrows, and they don't work.
    2. I cannot drag that bar to another location in the screen or to another screen.
    3. I cannot stretch the pane boundary above the multidock.  The mouse cursor never changes to the icon indicating I can move the pane boundaries.
