Hi, does anybody know of a way to turn off metronome automatically during recording, can I time it, or any way of using pedal on my FA-08 via MIDI, can't do it with a guitar in my hand and the clicks bleeding onto recording???, HELP

If you are using direct monitor on your audio interface try turning it off and see if that stops the metronome from being recorded.

I couldn't find a direct toggle.  Try this.
In CV you should see a Metronome bus.
    Right click the [M]ute button.
    Click 'Remote Control ...'
    Click [Learn]
Stomp the button you want to control this.  Note that controller value display does NOT immediately update
Click [Learn] again to see the captured value

Now during recording, you can toggle mute for the metronome with your MIDI pedal.

In the control bar by the metronome you can toggle the metronome on and off for both playback and recording individually.  If you want to automate it so you have a count down and then it goes away you can automate the Metronome Bus.
