How to remap control change input realtime (SOLVED)

Hi Folks.
Does anyone know of a way to remap Midi CC1 to Midi CC11on the input of a midi track in Sonar Platinum?

    Found a plugin to do it - just posting a link in case anyone is seaching for a solution to a similar problem in the future.
    It is a free plugin suite called the "piz midi collection" which contains plugins to do just about any midi remapping you can conceive of, available in 32 or 64bit flavours here:
