Widen the frame between Tracks strips and Bus Strips

In the Console view The Track strips takes full available space and Bus Strips starts from the left of the Bus area. The divider is of 10 pixels or so. Can this divider be widened and can an user change the color to that we can see a considerable separation between the tracks and Bus.
There is no problem if the number of tracks are less and occupies lesser than the available width for track strips.
