Maximum visible fx in racks / CV

Add an option to limit the number of fx showing in CV racks as is possible with options/ maximum visible sends.This will keep the console & screen size maintained when using many plugins or each time a plugin is added, deleted, or an fx chain is converted, extracted.
Perhaps a scrolling option could be included similar to fx bins in previous versions.

Secondary related requests-
A- develop a hover+expand box to see what is in the fx chain w/o the need for extracting
B-to include an option to convert, extract fx chains in both TV or CV separately that would also appear as selected in each view.

    I, for one, absolutely love the expandable FX bins. Hated the old way which made it so difficult to see what was going on in a project easily.
     
    So, if it is an option, I guess it would be okay to add something that was a hybrid of the new expandable bins and the old limited bins plus added hover/scrolling functionality. But please don't take away the current approach...
