How to insert empty measure in song on all tracks [Resolved]

I have a song with audio and midi clips. I want to insert a blank measure after the second verse on all tracks.
How do I do this?
As a workaround, I changed the measure before from 4/4 to 8/4, but I'd like to do it properly.

    Project > Insert Time/Measures is the way I do it

    Ah, I was floundering in the Insert menu.
    And it automatically splits my clips at the right position.
