Faders move abruptly Sonarx3, windows 8.1
For some reason, when I try to adjust the faders on any track, they move abruptly now. I removed all other devices, and even tried a direct USB mouse and keyboard, but it didn't work. It is very difficult to mix. I try to move the fader and it will jump clear to the bottom or top. I can sometimes get it to go a little, but then they jump. I tried older files that I know worked before, same result. Anybody run into this before? Thanks

Thanks for the feedback. I did find out that the problem is caused by increasing the text size. It must be set to smallest setting. Other problems were fixed by putting it back too. Some of the screens were not visible. All seems to be working again. Thanks

That should be fixed in Platinum as it's DPI aware...

I am having a new problem with the faders not physically moving with automation, but the changes do take place. I made a new post for that, but just thought I'd mention it. Maybe it has something to do with windows 8.1 as it always worked in windows 7 before.

Might be worth doing a Platinum trial.

I have been experiencing the same thing with regards to erratic fader and pan controls. I have been using Platinum and my text size has always been set to the smaller size and have not experienced any problems until recently. Faders pop to max as do the rotary style pans and gain controls. What gives !
