please please fix close-folder, pop-to-top

Close a folder and the interface shoots up to the top track.   I've never cursed a program so often as this one. 
 
Please CW fix some of these little irritating things.    There are a LOT of them.

    just one more reminder about the interface hell that is the controller pane in prv ... this is what I face every time i start a new project.

    You can't even make an autohotkey script for it because the damn thing shifts every time you close a lane, and there are no keyboard shortcuts possible.

    William, you need to submit a problem report ticket and change the subject of your thread to include the CWBRN.
