To Pro Tools 12 or not to Pro Tools 12?

I know a couple of posts about the recent upgrades have been made, but I haven't really kept up in recent months. I'm still running 11 and my upgrade to 12 is free, but what 12 brought to the table initially was of zero interest to me.

I see that the revisions brought some interesting features, and I'm wondering what's the consensus. Should I upgrade or stick with 11?

Plug-ins aren't exactly the biggest incentive, VCA I have had access to in Logic for almost a year and never bothered to use, but improved performance is always welcome.

I'm digging 12...just did the 12.2 update...working well...
VCA Faders, and the new Metering alone are worth the update to me...

Only thing is I didn't get the plugins that should be with it...
The 16 Stomps and the Space Convo Reverb.  I have support
up to and included Pro Tools 2016, which I already have a license for...
but I haven't actually "bought" a support plan, which may be the "why"...
but I should still get them, as my plan is supposed to include "All upgrades"...

Just heard that the plugins will be going out over the next few days...

So we shall see!
