For those who got the sweet Plugin Alliance loyalty voucher thingy...

Since I already got more comps and eqs than Carter's got little liver pills I opted to get the Lindell PreAmp plug. As per Borat...very nice!

What does the Lindell PreAmp plug do for you?

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

It's just a nice warm analog sounding preamp with hi and lo eq and some controllable saturation. And, like some console emus adds some great color to the front end of an fx chain. I've used it on both a lead vocal and a string bed with great results.

Rats!  Why'd you have to point that one out?  Now you've got me pining for it.

But where do we get the sweet Plugin Alliance loyalty voucher thingy even if we only have the SPL EQs and some freebies?

Welp...what isn't redundant by now? I have waaay less preamps than comps and eqs...that's why I opted for it. 1, because I wanted to try Lindell's offerings and 2, because it was only $24 bucks to do so.

I'm quite happy with my purchase.

I used mine to apply towards the Maag EQ2, since having the EQ4 gave me a $70 (pre-voucher) upgrade price.
I have lots from Plug Alliance already, so I had to hunt a bit. Shredspread was tempting...

Cheers yorolpal. If Larry sends it to me, I'll try it to get the Lindell (for voice and strings) and if the code doesn't work for me, I'll send it on to you, if that's OK for Lord Larry.

Same feelings from me.  With the code I went for it.  Great addition!  I can only blame Yorolpal.
