Live audio and now VIDEO on JamKazam

JamKazam is a terrific, free on-line jamming service that works. They've just added streamed video feeds. Their current revenue generation is via JamTracks, backing tracks created by top cover bands, with isolated instrument tracks. Check them out at jamkazam.com.

Here's an example that was just posted. The bassist is in Baltimore, the guitarist in San Francisco and the drummer in Vancouver, B.C. This is the first 8+ minutes of a 37 minute live jam. And we worry about latency just in our DAWs.

    Hi,

    Very nice!

I wish it was leaning a bit more towards progressive than metal, but the drummer is too dependent on the same thing to be able to explore a bit more on what they are doing. Very nice work between bass and guitar, although as I mentioned I wish it was less metal and more progressive, and I think what they have would probably be wider seen and appreciated.

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

    Hi,

I'm hoping one of these situations takes off ... it will be nice for a change, and help take away some parts that are stuck on specific locations on the map. I think it will free up the music a bit more.

I still think the CHB should try this ...

I'm not sure how many times I have to tell you Pedro, but The CHB does not exist ANYMORE. We broke up over a year ago.
