Or, You can go to Control Panel - Programs and Features - View Installed Updates
Locate the "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3035583)" and click Uninstall.
You will also need to stop the update from coming back.
Go to Control Panel - Windows Update - Change Settings
Select "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them".
    Click Okay
Windows will check for updates and report how many it found.
Look through the list of important updates and locate "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3035583)", uncheck it.
    Click on "Hide this update"
    Click Okay.

You will not be nagged anymore.
Until M$ releases another KBxxxxxxx with the GWX pest!

Meh, I doesn't bother me.  I just don't want to ignore it after 7/29/16. BTW you can change the "schedule your udate" in the registry.  I have it though and schedule it to July 20,2016.

BTW upgrading is best from an iso.
