I keep getting a message when I start Sonar Platinum that I need to activate it...

I searched the forums and didn't see anyone else mention this problem, but about once a month, when I start Sonar Platinum, there's a blue box in the lower right corner that tells me I have to activate Sonar, or within 1 day it will revert to demo mode. I purchased the monthly plan back in January, and my payments are up to date, so I don't understand what the problem is. There's nothing I can see in my account that indicates I need to activate the software. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if the SONAR program itself tracks monthly status, but AFAIK the CCC program (when you log into it) activates SONAR (and tells SONAR what its status is). Being a monthly person, you may have to log into CCC each month so the SONAR program knows it is up-to-date.

I had this problem recently.  First, try logging out of Command Center then reboot and log back in. If that doesn't work go through the activation procedure under "help" in the program.  You may end up having to do "off-line activation" where you export and upload an activation request file and then download and import an activation script/code file.  I did both of these things and the problem wasn't solved until I shut my computer down, went to bed and woke up the next day to find everything back to normal.  Go figure.
