anyone here with jam origin success..I need pointers

Seriously considering purchasing this but cannot figure HOW to get it to trigger another synth in sonar 7 or 8
I could use a screen shot or something...gettin tired of "test piano" sound within software!

I answered your PM. For this thread I would recommend going over http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/2749780. There are details about how to get MIDI Guitar working in contemporary software. I would guess it would be similar in older versions however; I have no experience running MIDI Guitar in Pre-X series SONAR. I do know there have been several fixes and enhancement in X3 and newer which make running software like MIDI Guitar much easier.

This video gives a good overview of Jam Origin - I don't have this software but I have a Roland GR33 set up that I used to use in Sonar 7 (and before).

Turn off the audio output from inside the plug-in. If you are using v1 it is the amp/effect gain slider. In v2, use the guitar output gain or set the guitar amp/effect to NONE.
