Anyone else seeing blurred track icons, sometimes??

I just updated to SPlat, running Hopkinton.  Track/Mixer icons are pixel-ated sometimes, like going back to old days of 640x480.  Yea I'm old.  I can load the same icon, and it looks fine, reload project and its bad again???  Not all icons are bad either?? Never saw this with X3e.  I'm running on win 8.1, all updates.  Video is the i5's builtin, single monitor, 25inch, at 1920x1200.  I thought I saw the reported in the forum but searched again and couldn't find it??  I'll notify support if its not been reported.
