Crossgrading to Kontakt 5

Hi all
Firstly, as a rare poster, I apologise if this is in the wrong section!
I own Eastwest Symphony Orchestra GOLD and was wanting to crossgrade to Kontakt 5. As someone who is has never 'crossgraded' before, does this mean that my EWSO becomes inoperative after I have installed Kontakt 5??

Sorry, but I am new to the crossgrading scenario!

Kind regards
Bob

Absolutely not, you just continue as you did. Nothing happens to the stuff you crossgrade from.

^^^^

What he said.

You get the "Crossgrade" price because you own something on the crossgrade list,
but what you crossgrade from is still yours.  There was a time that they asked you
to "surrender"...but those days are thankfully gone....
