If you accidentally skip an update, hypothetically, is that bad?

Do new updates, like Ipswitch, include the previous ones?
Can they be installed out of order?
How can you tell which ones have been installed (when using 32 bit vs. 64 bit)
Will CCC ever handle SPlat 32bit?  what's the big deal anyway?

Yes to core products from Cakewalk, some third party items are on offer for that month only.

Technically yes but each release is an "improvement" on the last. Consequently if you installed an older version over a newer version you will notice a change in functionality.

Not sure I know the answer to this but then I fail to understand why you would want to install both 32 and 64 bits on a 64 bit system, there probably is a reason I just do not understand it.

On a 64 bit system if you open settings in CCC and turn on verbose install it gives you the opportunity to choose either 32 or 64 bit.  If not I believe it defaults to installing a 64 bit version on a 64 bit system.

The installer will also detect a 32 bit system and only install a 32 bit version.
