Getting Error in Installing Ipswich (SOLVED)

Running as Admin and do have the latest version of CCC.
 
During the install of Ipswich and Platinum was Extracting files, I ran into this error a few times. 
Any tips on resolving this?

    Check if the program is running. If it is kill it.

    Are you able to manually delete or rename CakewalkStartScreen.exe?
