Ipswich problem: recording synths for multi-out synths not recording all tracks
I just tried to record synths using 2 templates of mine for multi-out drum VSTs using Kontakt 5 and AD2. Both show the same problem: When you record, all waveform previews are drawn, showing recording happening for all Sonar tracks fed by the drum VST. However, when pushing stop, recordings for 2 tracks disappear i.e. they are not in Sonar and not in project audio folder. I could reproduce this with a new project using AD2 (kick and snare tracks missing) and K5 (mono room and mono OH missing), but could not figure out what is causing this. The same with AD2 Template Project provided by Cakewalk. All tracks record except Kick and Snare tracks. Maybe it is somehow deals with mono tracks, because if I change them to stereo, it become recording, but next 2 mono tracks stop recording.

Thanks for your reply, Noel. There is no reuse of synth output ports - it's an "exclusive 1 on 1" mapping i.e. one synth output feeds one Sonar track. I did some more tests: - Deleting the problematic audio tracks, creating new ones, reassign routing does not help (identical behavior), so it does not look like corruption of settings ...
- 14 tracks are recorded in the background (i.e. I can see them in the audio directory), but when hitting stop, tracks are renamed to fit track names, and here's where the 2 of them disappear ...
