Sonar Local Documentation

Hi.
Im probably missing something really obvious here.......but, in the CCC i see 'Sonar Local Documentation' which gets updated with every release. Im assuming its an update to the reference manual?
 
If Im right, where do i find the updated version once ive allowed the update?
