Problem with VX-64 vocal strip

Hello everyone
I am a Sonar Platinum user and my os is Windows 10. The problem I am having is when I add an instance of VX-64 vocal strip to a track and turn on the Tube EQ the audio cut out this also happen when I turn on the Delay. When I turn off which everyone I have on the audio will come back on.
Anyone else having this problem?
