PRV controller pane: how to do it from vocaloid4

Looking into vocaloid4 editor ..  in approximately 1/2 second I realized that the vocaloid editor, "control parameter area", is what Sonar should strive for.    Makes sonar looks like a pre-dinosaur fish ..
