My serial number for Melodyne doesn't work!

My serial number for Melodyne doesn't work!

When i try to insert the serial number for my melodyne that came with sonar platinum i get a message saying its invalid! Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

    Hi. Did you register it at http://www.celemony.com ? If not try that. If so, contact celemony. I had an issue with Melodyne a few weeks ago, and they fixed it within 2 hours.
