Sonar + MPC Studio and recording.

Fist off i've tried Every Daw with a trial option and almost all of them for some reason failed at loading my MPC,I don't exactly know why but i tried every step by step tutorial and all failed.So i try my last "trial" based DAW.. CakeWalk....and like magic...my MPC can load with no problem! now that i know i can load and play from the MPC inside CW..i'm looking to do just a few things and would appreciate someone pointing me in the correct direction,or telling me the steps to achieve. 

1.) i want to know how to import or "slide over" my "tracked out" MPC tracks over to CW and have them all be on their own tracks.(when i trial ran StudioOne i loved how you could just slide over the tracks and they would all be on their own separate tracks.) is this possible in CW? 

2.) how do you record in CW from the MPC?
