Interesting, I'm waiting to see the Mixbus 3 controller they are making. They say it will be under a grand, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll probably stick to using my mouse! Hahaha!

All I got out of the announcement was 2 things.

    1) a hardware manufacturer teamed up with some software guys.

    2) everyone involved is very excited.

    oooooookay.  good to know.

If Harrison MB software was incorporated into in Cubase somehow ( w/o all the problems) then I'd be very interested in that.

Mixbus 3 is stable now. The new interim release (1970 I think) has fixed everything left on my list.

I'd like to be able to use it for scoring & orchestration with heavy use of vi's, cc & other type of automation while mixing.
Combined with Cubase it could have real potential & possibilities.
Own it's own I can see it useful for mixing stems.
How many tracks & vi's can you get it to run, does it support all plugins now?

I don't use it for that much heavy lifting. I don't use much midi at all other than drums or an occasional keyboard. I'm only in for the mixing...90% audio as I usually export out of Sonar. It is much better though. I've been updating with every new interim release and this latest one has fixed a lot of the plugin issues I hear. Many on the Harrison forum have said their plugins are working now.

Good to hear it's improving. I'll have to install again & check it out.
