[Solved] Track Question

I must have hit a button and not noticed it, but when I go to expand or collapse a track manually with my mouse ( to make the track larger or smaller in order to view track data )  it expands and collapses all tracks simultaneously. Why? has this happened to anyone before?  Answer to this would be much appreciated. Ive tried looking in the keyboard shortcut section on this site but couldnt find the solution to why this is taking place.
