Command Center Error

Hello,
I am having a problem when trying to open Command Center and receive an error as described below:
'Unfortunately something went wrong and Command Center was unable to recover. Click OK to restart or Cancel to close.'
 
it says it also in 6 different languages. I am not sure what is the exact reason I am receiving this problem but I will provide as much information as possible that I think might of caused this problem:
 
:I have updated to Windows 10
:Cakewalk Command Center Version is; 1.1.2.2 (un-installed, re-download, and re-installed on 9/28/2015)
:Cakewalk Command Center opens with Administrator

    Try temporarily disabling your virus scanner.
    Anything in the windows event viewer?
