HOW DO YOU ROLL BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION?

I'm having issues with Ipswitch like some others where projects won;t open.   In my case, it hangs on the open project progress bar.  I want to go back to "H".   How do you do that?  People make it sound likes its easy but I don't see a rollback option anywhere.

    Run CCC right click on Sonar and choose rollback. Choose the version you want. Simples.

    Are you on update1?
     
    IMHO you are far better off identifying what the problem plugin is by starting in Sonar safe mode, if there is an issue it might not get fixed the next month unless you identify the actual problem:

    All plugins load in safe mode.  The issue is AFTER that as it opens the project.   The progress bar freezes 2/3 the way open.  I am pretty good at debugging sonar but just don't have time now.

    So actually, to help debug this.   What happens AFTER the plugins load and the project begins opening?   is there anything we can look at at that stage of the process?

    Ah OK.
    The only things I can suggest is:
     
    Look at Windows event viewer for any crash info.
     
    Unplug your controllers to see if it works.
    Perform a VST reset:

    Temporary disable your virus scanner. 
    Consider running chkdsk /R from an administrative command prompt.
    Run windows update
    Update your audio interface firmware and drivers, and display drivers.
    Consider motherboard BIOS and update chipset drivers via Intel autoupdate.
    Make sure interface in windows control panel -> sounds is off for the moment...
    Roll back Sonar and reinstall it.

    I went back to Hopington and  the project opens np issues after reverted to "H" so maybe I'll retry the update and do a plugin scan but I think it is something else related to the trackdata or something as again, it seems to get past the plugins.  I can check the event viewer to maybe see where it is if that info is available.  I'm pretty good at debugging this stuff  but I don't have the patience right now as I'm busy with a few projects and can't afford this kind of delay
