Gravity has turned out to be a total ripoff... huge money for the engine and now they're spewing out these much cheaper products for everyone and not even discounting to those of us that bought the engine... I think my love affair with Heavyocity has ended...

Vocalise is quite lovely... much more useful for many things than Gravity... my last big buy from that company...

yeah my love affair with Heavyocity has cooled a lot.

I didn't buy into Gravity, it was on my wishlist but now that I see what they are doing blah.  they can keep it.

plus I have enough of this type of product, really.  so many kontakt libraries I am kinda over them.

And if AEON gets added to K11U, I'm out as well.

I got into Heavyocity when they did specials.  Early adaptors pay but get a couple of years to use all those loops/sounds.  Heavyocity ain't too different than other libraries out there, just better.  And priced that way.  So I'll wait for them to squeeze the last few bucks out of their products, esp.as I  haven't finished squeezing all the sound out of DM 307.

Well, glad to see I'm not alone... the biggest burn is none of these perported add ons are really "add ons"... they DON'T work in the gravity engine... they DON'T let us take advantage of it's additional features... there is absolutely NO loyalty to those of us who bought it with the understanding that we'd have additional content coming down the pike...

I feel for you guys who bought it. When I saw the price I decided against it till a massive sale and I was sure they were going to offer tons of content at discount for you down the road but it seems they are really shafting you which is a damn shame.

don't worry, it wont.  AEON is not even in the NI store.  it's a Heavyocity exclusive.

NI bought or heavily licensed the Heavyocity products that are in Komplete and Komplete Ultimate.  That's why all the new products are only sold at Heavyocity.

still, I understand what your saying.

Yep i'm with you guyz ... Aeon is super great but i never use it ....  it's something fun to play with but not some to create music with or incorporate (i used it as a main element in some tracks) but if i need quik ready to go sounds , i never use it so it sounds "always the same "

The fact that we can't , (like in gravity) for complex pads , choose each elements of the 3 layers is killing me ....

Some we can with Spitfire Edna ....and others (Signal , Rev ect )

Their sounds rely too much on kontakt (sound and fx) and not sources in some case ...

I just picked up Vocalise for $49.00. I've already used it in this composition, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLziaNXfCB8 I like this plug-in but after reading some of the post with Heavyocity, I'm glad NI offered it up for sale through them. I don't know if the rest of Heavyocity is worth the buy, I have Sonar Platinum and that comes with a lot of stuff with the membership. This Vocalise though does have the sound I've been searching for and now that it's here, I'm going to be spending a lot of long nights working with this program.

Wow, I didn't know Heaviocity was that kind of company. I just picked up Voicalise last night and my brief play with it sounded promising. I have always liked the Evolve Mutations libraries. Now I am glad, however, that Gravity never appealed to me.

Beautiful track there 3Crows.....and now I'm really thinking of getting this. Please post back with more of your findings on Vocalise and the usefulness of the sounds within.

I would be amazed if these latest things from Heavyocity appeared in the next Komplete. They have older stuff still that have not been in there so I'd expect to see something like Aeon in there...

That was very nice as well Bobbie.......Vocalise fit in very nicely within the track. I also got it sometime back, but sadly haven't recorded anything with it. Most of the time, I just get carried away with all the voices and forget the task at hand.

I really need to watch more tutorials on this and use it.....thanks for the reminder and video!!
