Set Default Plugins

Inspired by Panup's "Recent Plugins" FR (vote here: http://forum.cakewalk.com/Insert-Effect-Recent-Plugins-m3297545.aspx )

One feature I really like in Pro Tools is the ability to set which plugins are your 'default' Equalizer and Compressor. This puts those two plugins at the top of your insert list and saves you a little navigation time. This could probably tie in with the request(s) for revamping the Plugin Manager as well.

You could do this yourself already of course with a custom plug-in layout.

The PC EQ and comps are default effects.

I keep a short list of my go-to plugs at the top of the custom pgl layout ... and revise the list once or twice a year ... helps to access the "usual suspects" much quicker

You can kind of do this by setting a default for the ProChannel.
