[Solved] Inserting EXTERNAL SSL mix bus compressor

Hi.
What is the right configuration to insert an external hardware SSL mix bus compressor in Sonar Platinum?
My audio interface is TC Konnekt 48.
Considering that I must forget the fast bounce, rather then insert, could it be better to route the DAW out to mix bus then record the output of ssl into a new stero track?
