I honesty think that there would have been some colaborations with McCartney, they had come close several time.

That's funny but just this morning I was wondering how old John would have been. I was completely (consciously) unaware it was his day of birth.
By some strange coincidence, I decided to pick up the Riviera last night after I finished writing and recording. It had been a while and it was just calling to me. And it got me off on a Beatles tangent and I started thinking about Lennon's Casino and trying to emulate those sounds and playing those songs. That's when I saw the date on screen and realized it was Lennon's birthday.

Hi,
While I will always accept/understand the Beatles and their influence on me, individually, they did not measure up for me, and in fact, I would say that most of their work was down right boring. There were many nice things, but the rest ... just pop musak for the new elevators in the future, and I was not interested anymore.
There was far better music, and experimental music all over the world, and artistically, the Beatles died after Abbey Road and that was that. The cynicism around it all was sick, to say the least and you can hear it on the last Christmas Show, and it was sad to see ... they didn't care that much about their stuff anymore. They were too busy getting rid of all the leeches around them, they had accidentally created.
Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!
