I thought I had just posted this -- oh well, I'll try again...

Does anyone know if I need to update my drivers for the Tascam US-366 if I upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10?

You should update the the latest firmware and drivers. Check release notes as well. No mention of windows 10, however it should work:
