Hi,

I like it ... but can't eat it all the time ... but I sure love it with a breakfast, or in a sandwich!

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

Hi,

One medium sized onion, diced up
4 to 6 pieces of becan cutup in pieces
Sautee lightly
...
and this was the "basis" for a lot of rice at our house. When it was eaten with a salad and an entrée. Normally this entrée would be some kind of meat, but I have always preferred it with some white fish to give it some flavor. You can sautee the fish lightly, or add a little flour and milk and make it a white sauce that you can pour over a baked fish.

Next recipe ... "feijoada" ... for the black bean appreciation society!

But that's not a meal! That's just ... I don't know ... but you can use the becan on a sandwich or something!

Exactly.  A becan sandwich.  That's where you put becan in-between more becan.
