this guy had a lot to do with my own personal vocal style, nobody would ever pick up on that... but i listened to this guy sing a lot.

That band was a big part of my early musical influences. Not to mention it was one of the few that mom and dad didn't object to.

I recall seeing them on one of the late night talk shows. I think it was Joey Bishop's show. Anyway, they sang Eli's Coming live on the show and really nailed it. Fond memory! I looked all over YouTube for the TV version and couldn't find it. {sob} So? Enjoy the original music video.
