Platinum Custom Colors

Can anyone tell me what the scroll bar is called in the custom colors options? I'm talking about the bar that let's you move along the timeline in track view and along your busses in console view.

The contrast is too low in Platinum and I can never see it...

All music was recorded and all in Sonar.

I don't think scroll bar colors can be customized.

The first 3 books in "The Musician's Guide to Home Recording" series are available from Hal Leonard and http://www.reverb.com. Listen to my music on http://www.YouTube.com/thecraiganderton, and visit http://www.craiganderton.com. Thanks!

Huh, that would explain why I can't find them in the list then.
It must be a Windows 10 thing then - I just recently upgraded...
Thank you for the quick response.

**EDIT** I was able to make it a little easier to see by selecting one of the "High Contrast" themes.  Man is it fugly.  I don't usually need special display settings...hopefully this is something Windows will continue to work on...
