Problems freezing TSS1 1, Cakewalk Sound Center, in Platinum

Problems freezing  TSS1 1, CakewalkSoundCenter, in Platinum
Yes the Left channel seems to freeze ok, but the right channel always  does not show any wave form? always a flat line?,  I tried many times, checked  the Pan knob and it is in the center position in the tracks and in the Synthesizer I can not find were this is coming from.
Dimension pro  seems to be working ok when freeze  always shows a stereo signal
I have not tried any other synthesizer  So I am asking have any of you found this problem?  I have checked the forum and I have not seen nobody complaining about this?
I have not rolled back the updates in my Platinum yet but maybe I will try that next.

is it a problem with “Jamaica Plain” Update?
Any help or ideas will be appreciated

thank you

Guillermo

Does it sound centered before freezing? If not, I'm thinking the track Pan was set hard left in Offset mode or you're in Offset mode now (+ sign on Pan widget), and it was set in Envelope mode. Click the Envelope/Offset mode button in the Mix Module to check.

Thanks for your reply,  well all the tracks pan are centered, in the track view the interleave bottoms are in mono, in the bus sections all interleave bottoms are in stereo
but dimension pro freezes ok? showing, when done two tracks with right and left signal waveforms?
this has allways worked for me?
    am I missing something?

    thanks

Does this happen to any MIDI data or just with particular MIDI files?

    Hi there Soundwise

yes I am trying  4 different instruments with different Midi data of course) (channels 1-4  in the TTS-1) I tried 1 channel in Sound Center   and always the right channel comes screwed up
with a mostly flat line, dimension pro with a bass instrument does freeze up to a 2 mono tracks with a proper waveform in both and this has begun with the apdate to “Jamaica Plain” ?
I have create a new proyect to trouble shoot this problem and I am getting the same results ?
    thanks

I have found the cause of my problems!

Looking in the event list for the track with freezing problems I see that at the end there is a sequence of control data to lower the intensity or volume of the sound gradually It seems that TTS-1 1 does not like  that! but why did the problem showed up only on right channel?
I do not know but I have deleted this volume control data in the event list and now the freezing option works as expected!
sorry guys  and thanks for your help!
So far my Sonar 2015 with the update to “Jamaica Plain” is working fine I love it!

    Before freeze

    After freezing

Couldn't get what you've described wit TTS. Will try CSS, but I'm sure, there won't be a problem with panning either. Check your MIDI source. Looks like something is panned hard to one side. Some screen-shots would help.
