[Solved] Is there an Easy way to move the entire project out 1 measure?

I have a project, in Sonar Platinum current, that currently includes 11 audio tracks, 10 midi tracks, automation in all audio tracks, several markers, and a tempo map.
 
I admit that I made a mistake and did not plan accordingly. Now, I have to get at least one empty measure at the beginning of the project but am drawing a blank on a quick/simple way to do this. I can do it the hard way but that will take some time.
 
Any suggestions or direction before I dig in the old fashion way?

    1. Place the Now time at the beginning of the project.
    2. Chose Project  > Insert Time/Measures
    3. Specify the time or measures you want to insert and check the parameters you want to move
    4. Click OK

    I knew Sonar would be able to do it I just didn't know how and needed to move on this.

    I knew Sonar would be able to do it I just didn't know how and needed to move on this.
     



    Glad to help. SONAR can usually do what you want...you just have to find out how to do it.
