Artist Mix & Control - Eucon bugs/issues

Hi Guys,
 
I am wondering if the support for Artist Mix / Control will be updated at any point ?  it's the best controller I have used; it works in multiple applications & it's speed is so much better than mackie control, motor mix etc.
Most basic functions are working OK (volume data, pan, mute, Solo etc. ) but there are a bunch of niggly issues that I was hoping could be fixed.

• send/AuX names - they all come up as Aux 1, 2 etc.. even though they are named in the application
• Pro Channel settings - pretty variable, some are there, others aren't
• Select - select if made in the SW selects the fader/track but if you select the fader button ( or screen on the Control) does not select the track - it briefly highlights then deselects.
• Inserts - nothing comes up
• channel strip - only shows pan

Anyone know if this is on the radar ?

BTW - I am using version 3.3.1 Eucon SW ( I also have Pro Tools + some other video apps that use Eucon so I don't want to change controllers)

I don't think any one is interested unfortunately. maybe a few more nudges will get the ball rolling
it works fundamentally - Volume, mute, solo work fine. as do shotcuts/eucon commands but no sends/FX/Pro Channel.
 
The  Avid Control app on the Ipad works well also
