Ability to Pin 32-bit plug-ins like you can 64 bit plug-ins

Would love the ability to Pin 32-bit plug-ins so they stay open as you can with 64-bit; i.e. especially for the TT Dynamic Range Meter.

    Until changes are made to BitBridge, to pin (or dock) a 32bit plug-in, hold the ALT key while opening the plug-in. This will open the standard header usually behind the plug-in UI. It is the standard header which has the pin option and is dockable.
