Waves Musician Bundle is this a good deal?
I don't have any waves plugins and was really interested in their plugins. Was doing some research and came across this deal. For what they are offering is this worth buying? http://audiodeluxe.com/pr...ves-musicians-1-bundle

It's not a bad deal if you have a hankering for some Waves plugs now. All of that stuff and much more comes with Gold. Gold can be had for $200ish on sale. I would wait for Gold. Rocky

Right now if you want something I'd get the Native Power Pack. It is on sale for $100, same price as Musicians 1 but has more useful stuff IMO. In particular you get the IR-L which is a pretty awesome convolution reverb. Also waves has sales all the time, I mean seriously every single week, so I'd never buy something that isn't on sale.

That's the prices I was quoting Sy...$72.27 for the Native Power Pack...and twice the plugins... see post # 16

Musicians 2 is a better bundle than 1, but that price for Power Pack is great. That is pretty close to no brainer territory. I might want to hold off till Blk Fri, Waves really steps up for that week. I used Native Power Pack to up- grade to Gold last year at Thanksgiving for $86 or $88. There will be a few nutso deals, I'm sure. Larry will sniff them out, you can count on that.
It's Bass, not Bass. i7 2700K, 16GB DDR3, 2 SSD sample drives and OS drive, HDD SATAIII for projects, 2 24" monitors Focusrite Saffire Pro 24, Focusrite VRM Box, LAVA Lamp, SONAR Platinum 64 bit, Mackie MCU and 1 MCU XT, Akai Advance 49, Windows 10, Komplete 9 Ultimate, Cakewalk, Toontrack, IK, AAS, XLN, UVI, Air Music Tech, Waves Factory, Sample Tek and Sonivox VSTi's. Overloud, T-Racks, Audio Damage, D16, Nomad Factory, Waves Gold FX

That's almost cheap enough to make me buy it...almost... if I hadn't vowed to be Waveless... $7.23 a plug??? And those are decent plugs...2 reverbs, 10 band EQ, the S-1 is a great stereo imaging tool...can't go wrong...if you want to get started in Waves it is no-brainer territory...

The Waves site is always have a deal. They have weekly specials and daily specials. I got the Waves Power pack about two weeks ago for $49.99 I think. Just hold on and Waves will come to you. Don't get the Musicians Bundle 1 yet, There are other Bundles with a lot more plugins to offer than just 5.
