Digidesigns ProTools v1.0 video review

This is too good not to share. It's in German, but there's enough English, plus it's a DAW, right?, that you should be able to follow it...more or less. Enjoy!
 
Edit: Re the intro: the computer and monitor are period-correct (Moto 68030, 8 MB RAM, 40 MHz), but the monitor was replaced with a flat screen display to shoot the video. The intro guy is CEO and co-founder of one of the oldest Digidesign distributors in the world.
 
Edit 2: Starting at 4:25 in the video, it says that v1.0 was not developed in-house by Digidesign, but by 3 guys at Osc. There were issues, and Digidesign took development back in-house. ProTools v2.0 was a complete rewrite. Sound WAY too familiar?

    Fun stuff. 4 audio tracks only and expensive.
